My name is Lillian, and I combine my work as a power skating & skills coach with personal training to help athletes reach their full potential. I’m passionate about helping hockey players develop their game to the fullest, while also teaching athletes how to train with proper form to reach their goals safely and effectively.

Sports have shaped me into the person I am today, and I’m grateful for the coaches who guided me along the way. Now, I’m dedicated to paying it forward—coaching you to become your best self both on and off the ice.

My Mission

My goal is to help individuals feel strong, functional, and athletic by giving them the tools and guidance they need to succeed. Through personalized coaching and constructive feedback, I’ll support you in achieving your health, fitness, or athletic goals. My focus is on helping you train smarter—so you can perform better in your sport and thrive in everyday life.


Together, we’ll find ways to make training both fun and challenging, pushing you just beyond your comfort zone while keeping it enjoyable and rewarding. Living a healthy lifestyle isn’t something you have to figure out alone—my role is to provide the support, structure, and encouragement you need to build lasting habits and reach your full potential.
